The collaborative environment and entrepreneurial mentality has been great for my growth and development as a new Associate Consultant. It is amazing how even as an Associate we get the opportunity to work closely with clients on a daily basis. A week after onboarding I was already heavily integrated into my team and working closely with my fellow coworkers and the client.
