CEO Eugene Carr is a true entrepreneur and leader. It's a pleasure to work with motivated and caring people. The overall culture is very positive and fun. Turnover is very low. Great teamwork. Very low pay for the level of work expected, management is constantly cutting corners and refusing to invest in growing skills. They are only interested in signing larger deals. There is a complete lack of accountability for salespeople who don't understand how the system works and close sales based on misunderstandings.
