Pluspunten
I wasat Pattern for just over 5 years and was lucky to be part of some amazing phases of growth. It's a great place to work. Some of the best and most talented people I've crossed paths with in my career were at Pattern. It continues to grow and scale at an amazing rate. There was always something new to work on and a fresh challenge or problem to solve. The CEO is transparent and overall cares a lot about the employees. Lots of perks, community, and events to be had if desired.
Minpunten
From one person's perspective, some of challenging aspects I found were difficulty adjusting to the consistent organization, product, and process changes. There were also a few long stretches of being understaffed for the amount we took on, which can take a toll. They do seek to make changes and are always improving from internal and external feedback.
