-cut benefits -cold in the office -refused Udemy platform -paxful platform is not userfiendly, many incomprehensible features that can confuse the user, they are not working on improvements, instead of it make new meaningless features that will be canceled later, lots of scammers on platform -sometimes you must overtime -no payment for overtime already a certain time -your life is work for "king" "god" "lion" who is not "potato" as he thinks (sometimes he calls "bad" workers like that) -under ceo message in slack many supportive people in reactions and in the thread to be noticed and devoted -your own opinion is nothing in this company -no honest promotion in this good (tbh not) company -in some times you can not receive bonuses as your colleagues -some projects are meaningless -hard rushing, nothing remains complete -no stability at all, they have '7 Fridays in a week', everything can change in days/hours -many job responsibilities was added after hiring, ~every 2 weeks something new and additional -you can be moved between projects/teams many times -replace people with those who have no product knowledge -no writing test cases, no clear documentation, no clear design in figma, no clear bug reports (usually they are empty and you don't know whom ask), jira/ confluence in mess, some specs sooooooo old and completely untouched -mess in the teams -there was no engineering manager due several weeks -your manager leaving, you have new one and he is also leaving -your manager can be really non interested in your problems and do nothing -manager can remove 1-1 meeting with you from schedule without notifying you and then ignore you in your last working day -no clear agile -some outside people can participate meeting and to be silent or saying something not related or unsolicited advice -rescheduling meetings -meetings in the evening without asking and warning -haughty tone from director of engineering, most of time tedious -so many useless chats in slack, many messages there, you can't focus on work or be up to date of some details, one thing discussion in different chats, so you should play with pazzle to see whole picture -so many emails. spam in emails about meetings invitation and cancelation, and then again invitation and cancelation several times, real mess, annoying -some approaches are really bad, there was a discussion in an engineering meeting about specialists in the company who will be on the bench if they do not have good enough results in work. doesn't motivate, right? XD -no clear answers in the meetings -some day was practice with questions to bosses (anonymously), there were no answers, they skipped it as if nothing happened -there is came new ceo who freezed the hiring process for teams where it was really needed and brought many his friends from Russia with him in less than a couple weeks, made them directors of engineering but they are with specific experience, these people came without any knowledge about product and started to participate and dictate terms without even going through start pack for newcomers -if bosses doing something weird behind employees back they cancel general meetings without any words, most of time you are blind and know details from gossip -directors of engineering don't know you and your part of responsibility as well as other employees, they can give you weird calls with useless discussion, waste your time. They don't have a clear vision, most of them are irresponsible, do not want to admit their mistakes. can't establish processes and create even a schedule, everyone takes on the same thing, doing it in their own way, without notifying others, and as a result, chaos occurs, no streamlined processes -someone can say you "why your message is too long? you scared me when i opened dialog, I thought smth bad happened, don't do that later, don't send this kinda huge message" while your message was like "What? Where? When?" And imagine if you have a short variable of this message other guy will not get it and will think "why should I question you, waste time if you do not know how to describe the problem in detail?" -while general meetings ceo is on drugs and sleeps, loves to mention that he is a lion, king, he'll be furious if you don't rate/share his tweet -some people can have promotions because they are pawns and saying "right" words that ceo wanna hear, but if smth goes wrong you are right here fired. you can have knife in the back if you are a good competitor -you can hear bad words, weird backgrounds, dangerous actions in some meetings from people who don't care about your atmosphere, they have their own and try to impose it on everyone, no personal boundaries -some people may tell you dirty jokes and think that this is normal and you should listen to it -if something was promised when you was hired, you will definitely NOT receive it, you will hear promises all the time - 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, more and more, as long as you work there -there is no automation testing, they don't know how to build that, tries were awful, people who knew that was fired -some recently hired colleagues don't have English skill and you should listen their English dictates 40 min due meetings -company don't wanna practice English and prefer to make an interview only in Russian for Russian people, although they have international offices XD -when you are leaving company you can NOT say goodbye words to everyone because field for message is unavailable or as it was before- your message will be deleted from chat by admins -the company made layoffs for so many people in several weeks and bosses said NOTHING, they have just lost so many professionals..... -you can be fired when you are on vacation, it's a special surprise for you XD -fake reason of your layoff and if ceo even promised he will not help to figure it out -if you wanna know the reason of your leaving from cto or his friends directors of engineering, they will not tell you this, they will ignore you or play football with you. and funny they can ask you "oh, he knows it, do you need his phone number?", but why if we have slack message at work? maybe I should come for a visit him in Russia and ask directly, why not?.........you can ping them for several days so that they don't lose your message, but still they will not answer, because they do not know the reason they should imagine and propose to you. because there was no reason at all, it’s a lie. SHAME on you! ROUND!
