Joining PayMongo has been a very positive and welcoming experience. The onboarding sessions provided a clear overview of the company’s mission, culture, products, and internal processes, which helped me quickly understand how my role contributes to the bigger picture. The sessions with different teams gave me valuable insights into how PayMongo operates across functions.

It is a fast paced industry and might have adjustments if you are from a different industry of sales network.
