The onboarding is extensive and progressively developmental, though the first two weeks are redundant for people not fresh out of college. The individual managers and the regional managers are really plugged into the day to day. I feel valued and heard by them. My professional development has been a core focus of regular check ins and my interest areas are remembered when special opportunities come up. I am enjoying the work and feel like there is so much value to the product if clients utilize it fully. I took a lateral move pay wise but with the covering of healthcare expenses I am ultimately making more monthly. The coverage is pretty great, too.

Minpunten

The public roll back of the work from home promise and the way the dress code became strictly business professional feel like a lack of trust in employees and managers. The issues, supposedly, stemmed from certain offices and instead of addressing and developing those groups directly the whole company was penalized. Feels very 'Daddy's mad and everybody has to deal with it' instead of an adult workplace. Some of the communications are very HQ centric which makes it feel like the field offices are 'other' and not as important to them.

I had the pleasure of working with great people. Of course most aren’t there anymore due to layoffs or them getting better pay/benefits elsewhere.

Minpunten

I’m not a review type person. But seeing a recent response from them saying “ We set a high bar for performance and hold people accountable when it's not met. Our compensation reflects the level of work we expect.” rubbed me the absolute wrong way. The truth is, you can do everything right here & it still won’t matter. I had never been on a PIP, not a single negative convo added to my file, hit every single quota asked of me, & I was still let go. They can try to say they set the bar high & cut anyone who doesn’t reflect their standards. I consistently or succeeded any bar placed in front of me & they did not care. Or at least someone didn’t. Multiple others have already asked me to come back so they can’t even all agree with their firing decisions. Stay away. This place is not what it once was. Which is a shame because at one point I wanted to be a lifer & retire from this place.
