The organization as a whole gives back to the community, provides a pleasant work environment, and strives to be a great place to work

Minpunten

The Technical Services area is in chaos. There is a compete lack of trust between the employees and management. We have been made many promises over the past several months, and none of them have been kept. We are overworked. There is very little work life balance. The VP of our department doesn't know the people who work for him, and doesn't care.

Thank you for taking time to offer your perspective and to try and make things better for your function. Your challenge to management to make all of Paycor as good as the best functions is the right test for Paycor leadership.
