We understand that a one-size-fits-all all approach is not ideal for all situations. This is why we support and encourage our employees to use our open-door policy to speak with management, HR, or company leadership directly about accommodations appropriate to the individual’s situation/ circumstances to identify the necessary accommodations and arrangements. We are proud of the flexibility we have built into our benefits offerings, our work environments through hybrid and remotely-working options for eligible roles, and flexible shift schedule arrangements.
