At Peerless we are an employee-owned business. Meaning everything you do; all tasks and job-related functions impact YOUR company. The owner is YOU. It’s a very rewarding feeling to have a stake in the company and knowing that your work does makes a difference. Each department operates very closely, as we are a small business. There is a family-oriented feel amongst the different employees and departments. I can truthfully say this is a team environment where we all want each other to succeed.

There is not much negative I can say about the company. Being an employee owner means you do need to concern yourself with how well the company performs both operationally and fiscally. That being said, this is a good company that constantly performs because of the people that work here. When the company does good, you do good.

I have been a Customer Service Rep for this Company a few months now and I love working here. Everything is very organized. Everyone is about getting the job done and we all work well together. It's consistent every day and you can learn something new every day as well. The main goal is "Customer Satisfaction" and with consistency it can only improve in the future.

As of right now I have no Cons and hope not to have any :)
