Everyone I talk to is burnt out and I don't think anyone is hearing this at the higher level so I am resorting to this. We get it, we can use AI. That doesn't mean I can do more and more work with less resources. Do you need us to be faster or do you just want to be cheaper with execution?
Our inability to be like our competitors isn't because we don't have talented people. These companies invest in their people and staff departments instead of running them into the ground.
On that note, the tone from flt to your teams recently was not great and I'm not sure how aware they are that it bothered a lot of employees.
At a time when the economy is bad, multiple wars that impact some of our colleagues, and AI is replacing people left and right, that is the tone you take with employees? It came off as very out of touch.
