Hello, We take this review seriously and want to address just a few things you've mentioned here, in no particular order. This is a new site, and we're all learning together; management, agents alike. We're working to improve the computer system, in fact, we are in the process of launching an IT initiative to help understand agent's issues with our computer system to make sure we're addressing them quickly to help you better serve customers. As for our employee engagement in Houston, we recently launched an awesome recognition program that rewards employees "in their currency" we're working hard to expand implementation to other sites, too.
