I have been with Percepta for a number of years now and enjoyed every minute of it! Percepta is the first multi-national company that I've worked for and they have really welcomed me in & made me feel at home! I started out in the PMO, based on my experience and education background, and a door opened up for me in the Operation (with options being presented on both sides) I am truly grateful for that and I see it happen in many areas of the business.

Sometimes change can bring new strategies, personalities and approaches. however, you need to accept that change is inevitable and I really enjoy evolving with a company.

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
