He built a great team, spent time learning the teams strengths and built up each member with positive and constructive feedback, always very professional. The Manager of Customer Service, lead Ground Truthing Specialist, and the senior Program and Project Manager are experts in their fields and great to work with. They truly go above and beyond to take care of the Perceptics customers. The CEO truly cares about the company and the employees. His energy is contagious and his dedication to customer satisfaction is remarkable. He welcomes ideas from employees and tries hard to drive change throughout the organization.
