      During my time at Perceptics I had the pleasure of working with many creative and great people especially the following: The VP of Product Engineering was wonderful to work for and with! He built a great team, spent time learning the teams strengths and built up each member with positive and constructive feedback, always very professional. The Manager of Customer Service, lead Ground Truthing Specialist, and the senior Program and Project Manager are experts in their fields and great to work with. They truly go above and beyond to take care of the Perceptics customers. The CEO truly cares about the company and the employees. His energy is contagious and his dedication to customer satisfaction is remarkable. He welcomes ideas from employees and tries hard to drive change throughout the organization.

      Pluspunten

      Small company with many larger company benefits. Teams work well together across functional departments. High tech company in a location without a high tech cost of living.

      Minpunten

      It is a small company, so promotions may be hard to come by. They are, however, not non-existent. Stellar performance is rewarded.

      Focus: Perceptics provides high performance products that help safeguard our nation's borders. Benefits: I think Perceptics offers a very competitive overall compensation package. Outreach: The Perceptics Foundation encourages employees to be active in the community in working with non-profits by offering matching funds for hours worked or monetary donations. Location: East Tennessee is a great area to live, work and raise a family.

      Minpunten

      Depending upon contracts and your position, there can be a lot of travel. To some this is a Pro (get's you out of the office), while others find it a Con.
