Pluspunten
It's a pleasure to teach Korean students. Koreans are highly intelligent and well-mannered. There are some bonuses, which you'll likely get if you're working full-time. The salary is always on time. There's no micromanagement so you won't feel too pressured. There's no work on weekends, Christmas break (one week), and Korean holidays.
Minpunten
There are courses where the students don't have a book so the teacher has to prepare lesson materials for the student.. This is unpaid. They don't give enough time for teachers to prepare sometimes. They tell you there's a new student, less than 24 hours before you teach that student. If you are absent, you won't get paid PLUS you'll get a huge but deduction.
