Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. As CEO, this feedback is important information that helps us make changes to improve our work environment. Our employees are our most important asset and we want to create a conducive environment. It would be great to learn more and if you are comfortable, please reach out to me and let's talk. As of April, 2024, we have promoted 115 employees including 27 in our engineering team. Communication is hugely important and an area of emphasis for all of our leaders in Perforce. I'd like to understand how we can improve project communication to ensure you know what you are working on and the impact that project has on our business. I do look at new products or versions as a guide of our ability to innovate. We have released new products like Digital Asset Management, Helix Core Cloud and several new features/services/modules in Puppet, Gliffy and many others, Our annual Hackathon drives significant innovation and anyone can participate in those Hackathons. Certainly, we do have to carefully chose where innovation happens and we intend to continually invest in innovation where it makes sense.
