Work and life balance. At my local level senior leadership preached this often.

No support from senior leadership in customer support. I watched my VP and president fumble the ball at the goal line more times than I can count. Countless customer agreements were broken, and senior leadership is not trustworthy. Zero opportunities for career advancement mixed with being the most under paid position in the industry makes for a bad combination.
