As a result, Performant’s compensation structure—comprised of base pay plus incentive pay for accomplishing specific goals—is designed to reward employees who help the company achieve client goals by delivering dollars back to our clients. The incentive portion rewards employees for performance and has no cap. This means an employee has unlimited earning potential.
