Lots of reorganizations lead to constant changes. Tough to get promoted from within/limited growth opportunities, managers pick favorites, little trust leading to stress, all depends on who your manager is but if they have no boundaries you will be hearing from them before 8AM and after 8PM on the same day regularly over non important and irrelevant issues. Managers create more problems for their employees than solutions or support. . Corporate says all the right things about work life balance but ground level managers can easily create a toxic working environment with little oversight on them.
