The problem is mainly with the management, they make it impossible to succeed as you will goals and objectives as you do anywhere. However, even if you complete what is asked for the response you get is it's not up to the company standard, eventhough the code already in place is shocking and is very difficult to maintain but unwilling to change it. Also if you do end up going for a job here, be very careful of what you say to people as many employees here feedback everything to management regardless, which the management throw at you in one to ones where you get purely negative feedback and things are exaggerated to make you look worse. If you take anything away from this review even if you go for the job is to be cautious at all times they are not the type of friendly management they appear to be.
