If you want to get into the house building industry, working for Persimmon will give you well rounded experience of different types of purchasers, sales schemes, construction etc. Which is knowledge you can apply to any sales role within the industry. They are also a perfect example of ‘worst practice’ so anywhere you go after Persimmon will be a walk in the park!

- Terrible training - Terrible management, rude, bullying, ruthless, no duty of care, no interest in the wellbeing of employees only the needs of the business. - zero care for customers interests - high targets - low salary - awful commission structure (don’t be fooled, it looks straight forward but there are loopholes and pit falls everywhere!)
