Male management is dismissive of women's opinions and will cut them off or talk down to them about what to do with their positions. Leadership does not inform team of big changes coming up. Will ignore questions from employees if its something they don't want to answer.
4 days in the office(no windows white hospital lighting) is hardly hybrid yet they try to make that a selling point.
