The list never ends. No Salaries for more than 9 months and this is not the first time, this happens every year. CEO and Co-founder are highly qualified at fooling people. If people not believing their words, they will recruit some puppets and the newly appointed will do the job of fooling employees by some strategies. If you resign you can forget about your money, backlogs. They don't even respond. The company not even in a position to pay one-month full salary, but they are excellent at fooling employees those who resigned and retained by offering double or three times the hike. Hard working people will be thrown out mercilessly and People belong to their Family, Community (Caste), and Area (State) will be retained and will be sent to on sites. Even if they are capable of doing nothing, they will get promotions, designation changes, International Trips, and long leaves. I don't understand how people (who resigned and retained by accepting much more pay) believe them when they are not able to pay a full salary of a month, and not able to clear the backlogs, how can they pay the high salaries to them? All-hands meetings are really mass fooling sessions. Everyone nods their head and no one asks a question, If someone asks a question, he will be in the next firing list. While asking the employees (who are really hard working and worthy enough to the company) to leave the company they say cost-cutting, there are many useless fellows (family members, their followers.....) who are earning more, but they won't come under this cost-cutting category, instead, they get a promotion. on-site. No tissues in washrooms, even the hand dryer will be switched off if the usage is high. even after 14 years, it's still a startup. The count of employees increases drastically when they have money, from companies like Microsoft, Motorola etc, and when no money, the employee will be ill-treated and thrown out of the company. No Job security for normal employees, if you belong to the family, or very close to Co-founder, you are in safe hands. The list never ends.....................

Employees are capable of doing anything and deliver everythign ontime. Some products were good in initial days and made money. Now? searching for customers. no contracts got signed, stop fooling employees by saying stories.
