Everything else. Unrealistic expectations, absolutely no urgency to get any in store issues fixed. Upper management is unbelievably horrible. Expected to convert every customer that walks in the door, they try and push unaffordable mediocre pets foods onto people. Recommendations will changed based on what commission the store needs to hit, not your pets needs..because no-one is paid fairly for how hard they work so they’re desperate to get commission. I genuinely feel sorry for the lovely staff they have working in their stores.
