Pluspunten

Generous discounts on otherwise very expensive pet products. The people working the shop floors were always very pleasant and passionate about animals. Training was provided.

Minpunten

Long hours of work and I would often get called early on a day off, or a day I'd asked to have off, to come in. Management when I was there was questionable. Seems a money hungry CEO and company when I was leaving: decided to stop selling items from a company that repurposed recycled plastic because it wasn't making them money. Which I understand, but their whole ethos was about being environmentally friendly.
