Minpunten

The culture is toxic and often uncivil, especially at leadership level. Difficult conversations are avoided or mishandled, and feedback is not welcomed unless it's positive. The leadership team consists mostly of the family members, which creates a lack of accountability and makes it very hard to challenge decisions, even when they are clearly detrimental. Poor product execution often leaves customer-facing teams in difficult positions. Frequent bugs and inconsistent reliability erode trust from both users and staff. High turnover of employees speaks volumes. Many leave feeling undervalued or burnt out. Morale is very low, and little is done to address or acknowledge this in any meaningful way.

Passionate about pet care Good concept Team members are very easy to get on with. Good compensation and work/life balance.

Minpunten

Leadership are family of the ceo which makes it very complicated. The leadership team are not aware of how they negatively affect the culture. Product concept is great but the execution is poor leaving the customer facing teams exposed to support issues. A lot of bugs in the product with things not working. High turn over of long standing team members and extremely low morale.
