The company is weird with its projects, I worked there and I didn't like it very much. They only give developers the opportunity to be remote, the "administrators" have to be in person. It's a place to be and leave as quickly as you can. I never felt like I learned, apart from the courses they offer, which don't give you a certification in your name

None micromanagement is horrible and the projects are all spaguethi code.
