- Size hurts most development work. Redundant corporate policies and red tape can often be impeding timelines and efficiencies. Possibly plagues every big company but there's a lot of opportunity to optimize. - Compensations are not on par to companies valuated as high as Pfizer. Would be a great leap forward in retaining talent and preventing turnover if organization wide salary reharmonization can take place. - Still a little old school in terms of structure and promotion. Complex org charts and unnecessary tiers in different orgs. Lot of emphasis on time spent in a role at a certain level than the impact on projects and performance.
