Pluspunten

This is a great company to work for if you want to work where you are valued for the time you put in to the job. I work with an amazing team of people who make this company successful. We get recognized for our work and our successes. If you want the same, this is the place to work. This year for the 25th Anniversary the company gave everyone $25 bonus for every month we have worked for the company, which was $300 for every year. I never heard of another company that has done something like that.

In Fulfillment, we do put in a lot of OT at times. If you like to earn extra money, then this is not a con!

It is great to hear from current Pharmers who are enjoying their time here and appreciating all that Pharma Logistics has to offer. It's true the CEO decided to award all Pharmers with a bonus for our 25th Anniversary and it was a wonderful surprise and one of the many ways appreciation is shown at Pharma. We are very proud of our low turnover rate in the warehouse and as you point out, many Pharmers have been here more than 5 years. We think that speaks to the quality of our Pharmers, the cleanliness and temperature controlled warehouse, the challenging work and the outstanding benefits we provide.
