People are super nice and there is willingness to collaborate from most people Since the company is growing there is a lot of room for improvement and interesting projects Flexible hours, people are allowed to work from home when needed

Minpunten

If you don't speak any French you're going to have a hard time, because all meetings are in French Not that much communication between departments Not very good salaries
