- Good benefits such as RRSP with 5% contribution matching from the employer. - Salary started way under the current market but an external pay equity analysis was made to improve it (better recognition of experience and education) - Great diversity and inclusion policies

- Not many career development opportunities - Management difficulties following departure of previous manager, little to no feedback nor clear direction toward goals expected from individuals to achieve bigger picture organization goals. - Inadequate recognition for the work of microbiology analyst working in extraordinarily restrictive conditions in the context of aseptic environment relatively to other coworkers in the same environment and in contrast with other microbiology analyst not tasked with working in such conditions.
