I’ve been with the company for nearly a year in a Consultant Relations and Talent Management role, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I’ve had the chance to build strong relationships with consultants and play a key role in aligning talent with business needs. With new leadership has come a wave of positive change, including the introduction of new processes and procedures aimed at improving efficiency and long-term growth. It’s been exciting to see fresh ideas and perspectives being brought to the table, creating opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. As with any period of transformation, employees have responded in different ways. While many have embraced the changes and the new direction, others are still adjusting to updated ways of working. That said, leadership has done a great job fostering open communication and encouraging collaboration, helping teams navigate the transition together. Some nice people but only a few!

I think this previous review says a lot!! This place can be quite toxic. They take compensation and business away at a moment’s notice. Management can be quite insecure and there is an obvious discrepancy of how recruiters are treated. They play favorites and when management is questioned they can act like you’re speaking a different language. They will completely ignore you and worse gaslight you. And HR isn’t much help as the only reason they seem to exist to many is to do the CEOs dirty work. If you don’t like kissing the frog and taking whatever is thrown your way you’d probably want to look elsewhere. There are healthier places to work. Management here only knows how to use fear and uses it as whip unabashedly. I know tons of good people who have been wronged here and everyone is wondering who’s next. Talented people often end up being targeted. I’ve never seen management talk to people as they they do anywhere else and I’ve never seen the CEO meddle with every day matters as much as anywhere else and get so involved In little matters. If you don’t hit quota for calls it doesn’t matter how much business you have brought in you’re likely the next target
