I had an incredibly disappointing experience working here. The training was barely existent — just a few days of vague instructions before you’re thrown into the deep end. There was no real structure or support for employees to grow or improve their skills. What made things worse is the company's complete disregard for the quality of their service. They take on far too many clients for the team to handle, clearly prioritizing profits over the well-being of their staff or the satisfaction of their customers. Management would constantly stretch resources thin just to squeeze in more business, and it shows. Although they handle several companies' IT services, they don’t even seem to consider themselves an MSP, which leads to a lot of confusion both internally and with clients. Overall, it feels like they’re more focused on making money than delivering quality service or supporting their employees. I would not recommend working here No diversity within the company what so ever..
