- Very limited market potential - No clear product vision - Poorly managed. CEO doesn't like being challenged and promotes an atmosphere of tow the line. He has failed to identify new revenue streams and is only able to cut costs which anyone go do. - Senior management lacks experience in subject matter and people management skills. - Their technology will be replaced by Open AI, Google, Microsoft speech technologies. - Stake holders are no longer active in the day to day business
