Just read a review by this past employee who I think was in sales and clearly angry for being let go. PiF Technologies is a great place (that's why I have been her for 10 years). There is very little turnover and everyone gets along really well. The attack that was written by this angry person was completely out of line and not accurate.

Minpunten

As with any company there is always room for improvement. Health insurance is pricey and not great. (all other benefits are great - 401k, PTO, company events...)

Family oriented, fair expectations, good work conditions and pay

Let some problems go on longer than I think they should but probably hopeful it would correct itself. But rarely does.
