Toxic management who don't have any respect for employees. HR that lacks knowledge of Swedish labor rights. So-called people and culture department does not do anything to protect the employees and only create toxic cultures. There is no career growth opportunity as the management positions are always hires from outside. The company pretends to be innovative but in fact going backwards in time with its hierachial culture and lack trust on the employees. I felt like I was treated as an inferior human being, while working in non-managerial position. The products have lost competitiveness long time ago. All in all, the company should be avoided as it has no bright future that it is claiming.
