Lower level employees and managers are great and genuine people, unfortunately they are all overworked, underpaid, and are gaslit by leadership so there’s 1-2 people quitting every month in a 75(ish) person company.
Minpunten
Leadership is truly toxic. Because of it within a few months, 75% of the HR department has quit without aligning a job in advance. People are choosing the instability of unemployment because their mental health is negatively impacted by leadership. When people have posted their critiques, rather then taking the feedback to heart, leadership has lashed out and blamed the former employees. It’s gaslighting to the max! HR even posted on LinkedIn that it’s not in fact leadership that’s toxic, but the employees who have quit 🙄. The new employees that have been hired for the HR department are only consultants. IT was let go and outsourced. The engineering teams are outsourcing more and more of the work to teams abroad. And the employees that remain are being forced out. If I could, I would avoid this company at all costs.
