There was a huge lay off in October and we were told that the remaining employees were safe and that we had enough capital to float the remaining team members until December 2023. Today was another massive lay off. Some of the team members that were spared were spared because of politics and personal relationships. Hard working individuals who helped carry the company were let go. Sad to see. New leader rules by fear and an iron fist and many employees are afraid to speak out. Human Resources are notorious for letting confidential conversations slip. Nothing is confidential. If you are still here run as fast as u can. It’s only a matter of time before it’s ur turn at the chopping block.
