Sometimes, long-service employees may develop expectations that go beyond what’s typical in the market, which can occasionally create tension. Having experienced life outside of Pico, I believe some people may not fully realise how fortunate we are to have the environment and opportunities provided here.
Of course, it’s impossible for any company to accommodate every individual idea, thought, or feeling in every decision. However, Pico consistently makes a genuine effort to strike the right balance for both the business and its people.
Pension could be better, social aspects could be better encouraged but overall Pico is a really good place to be
