The culture is strong but if it's a match, you'll enjoy coming to work everyday. It's easy to move from one job to another internally, even if they're completely different. A lot of benefits, amazing food, kind and happy people. Great work/life balance, management is very attentive to each person's needs.

Career progression can be long, especially if you start young, you can't really expect to be managing a team before at least 10/15 years. But maybe this will change in the coming years.
