      Highly supportive, unafraid to invest in lead gen, channel, processes, the right people to accelerate their maturity. Great board, CEO listens. Team in Turkey couldn't be more helpful. Offering is the right solution, at the right time. Exciting time to be onboard. Strong career growth potential. I've been at small companies which treat you as a number, this isn't one of them.

      Typical start up challenges, fly by the seat of your pants a bit. Businesses needs more structure, which they are addressing. Tend to jettison underperformers, rather than coach them, the nature of a fast moving start up I guess.

      - Dynamic product/tech with a significant roster of F500 clients - Surrounded by highly experienced/accomplished operators - Culture is team oriented and action oriented. Everybody willing to roll up sleeves - Designated by Gartner, Forrester, and others as the leader in the space - Company is very healthy from a financial and operational perspective, offering stability - Great benefits and pay. Managers look to reward hard work.

      None for me - but expect to be treated like a high-performing professional focused on accountability, execution, and outcomes. This is not for everybody, but typically those that are not accustom to performing at a high-level are weeded out during the interview process.

      Pluspunten

      Product is solid, company has lots of resources to leverage, Alper the CEO seems like a good leader. The Turks are super nice people. Lots of positives outside of US sales.

      Minpunten

      Pretty simple. Culture/sales leadership. Do the research before joining. You’ll figure it out quickly. Revolving door. Quotas are unrealistic, as is the work life balance. Hope you like working weekends.
