Also, imagine letting a COO like dean cook sleep with one of the employees when he already has a family??

If you are the type of person that needs regular supervision and a 9-5 predictable job - this is not for you. However if you want to be constantly challenged, being given the latitude to actually enact your own ideas and follow them through this is where you want to be!

Because we are growing so rapidly and aren't yet at the point in our growth to have more people, cross-departmental communications could improve although strides are already moving in that direction.
