      You get the opportunity to learn new and innovative cocktails. Is a major company with a growth mindset. Opportunity to work as many hours as you want with cross training and multiple things going on under one roof. Great opportunities for development

      - Decent Pay IF YOU PUT IN THE WORK - Opportunities to move up (even if you started a month beforehand) - Some employees / managers are great humans

      Minpunten

      - No appreciation for employees who work hard - FAVORITISM (you will know exactly who) - GM doesn’t know how to do the work on the floor so don’t ask him for help - No praise when you do something good but if you do something wrong ? You’ll hear plenty about it - All shift managers are NEW NEW (barley started serving / bartending a month before becoming manager) don’t know a lot of things so senior employees get asked for help ALOT (BUT most of them are amazing people and I hope they learn and do great things)
