Pluspunten

We are very well able to balance work and personal lives and be ourselves in the workplace. This is heavily promoted. We are also heavily empowered and encouraged to be autonomous in our roles which is nice.

Minpunten

Communication barriers such as time delays with a team based in the EU make for frustrations. US Management will often second guess themselves because even they are left in the dark with Europe team.

1. Best in class software. 2. Amazing company culture, very passionate team 3. Great recognition from the market + clients who adore the software. 4. Strong Friendships among colleges 5. fascinating use cases 6. Technology is actually changing the world. 7. Flexible working environments.

Minpunten

1. Strategy is convoluted. 2. Terrible internal communication 3. Incompetent middle management and higher management 4. No Trust between higher management and employees 5. Low Salary - company keeps saying "they have acknowledged this" but because of this, talented employees leave quickly, and very experienced people that younger employees can learn from do not exist. 6. No tech culture - no food in office/perks. 7. Bonus was less than what we were promised.
