They are using AI to its full extend, from doing most of their development with AI and also creating AI agents to automate processes. Great place to learn about AI.

Minpunten

This company is timesheet driven, every minute of your week must be captured and there must be approval given for you to use the time. This company has major management trust issues, the CEO micro-manage everything including email communication etc. I would personally not recommend this company to anyone. The CEO is married to one of the junior staff and that also causes friction and toxic behaviour in the workplace. Onboarding is extremely poor, you will be left to figure things out yourself while management breathes down your neck to show your worth. Every minute if your day should be budgeted for, else you cannot track your time, and won’t be able to submit full timesheets. Senior management had a very bad communication style, mostly aggressive and bullish.

Pluspunten

Good for new graduates since you will have many chances to explore different projects. If your English is not good, don't worry, almost everyone speaks Chinese here and most devs have China background

Minpunten

There will be considerable pressure, and you will be seriously blamed if expectations or deadlines are not met. This is not a joking so please think twice before joining It is also hugely underpaid
