Pluspunten

Most companies tend to go into global market expansions with clear business goals, proper operational resourcing, sound hiring practices and adequate preparation. I want to congratulate the PlanRadar CEOs on barely beating the odds and somehow managing to convince the investors to not fire them all

Minpunten

Anyone with common sense is leaving. Both the Global Sales and Marketing Directors quit in less than a year in their roles, and the CEOs tried to say the resignations are a ‘strategic business decision’. They haven’t fooled anyone. Every decision the CEOs makes sets their own employees back further. If you’re not the boss’s favourite, expect to be treated like garbage. They’ll promise you whatever they want to get you to cooperate, but it’s all hot air and lies. At this point, it seems like HQ is just waiting for teams to fail as an excuse to reduce support even more - so the teams have even less chance of success

Wir möchten nichts schönreden – in einem Unternehmen, das schnell wächst und sich laufend verändert, läuft nicht immer alles perfekt. Veränderungen im Führungsteam oder bei Strukturen bringen oft Unruhe mit sich. Trotzdem glauben wir, dass diese Schritte nötig waren, um PlanRadar langfristig gut aufzustellen. Deine Enttäuschung über bestimmte Erfahrungen – ob in Bezug auf Führung, Kommunikation oder das Miteinander – nehmen wir ernst. Solche Rückmeldungen helfen uns, zu reflektieren, wo wir besser werden müssen. Wir haben bereits unterschiedliche Maßnahmen unternommen, um uns zu verbessern. Wie beispielsweise das Einstellen eines People Experience Managers, um unsere internen Prozesse zu überarbeiten. Wir wünschen dir für deinen weiteren Weg nur das Beste – sowohl beruflich als auch persönlich. Management that just dont care. Sales can always be stressful in any company, but we are not just talking about that. You have management that just categorically ignores issues, initiatives, they go so far as not even replying to email and messages. Just literally completely ignoring their employees, but demanding results that everyone is aware are completely impossible. Promotions in this department are out of question (especially if you are not in cairo/ one of the close friends of upper management), and the knowledge you will get is laughable. They literally have no idea what they are doing, it's truly a call center, nothing else. And honestly, if you invested as much energy as you do in writing these fake reviews (I mean, planradar is a company that truly values mental health, shameless) in actually improving quality of work (and no, im not saying let people do what they want and everything will be great, your managers actually have no idea what they are doing, improve *their* quality of work and the rest will follow), maybe you would have good reviews organically? Really a horrible experience that ended up in me actually seeking professional mental health help.
