The product is easy to get behind with a lot of flexibility to meet clients' needs and it gets regular development updates to keep up with the ever-changing market.

Lack of formalized training - a lot comes from on-the-job training. When starting out, it can feel like you're flying by the seat of your pants. Benefits premiums are a bit on the high side. Workflow has its peaks and valleys with long hours for most of Q4, but this is understood coming into the job. Due to current company size, there's not a lot of opportunity for upward movement within the organization.
