Pluspunten

- Solid teammates for the most part. - Starting pay is good for the Orlando area. - Benefits were sufficient. - Individuals were amicable and agreeable. - Culture is fairly diverse, inside of Orlando. - A lot of good people.

Minpunten

- Environment/Culture changes hurt staff. - Culture between Salt Lake, and Orlando caused issues. - No promising career advancement. - Communication between Senior/managers was weak a majority of the time. - Training often times insufficient. - Transparency was nonexistant. - Policy and Procedure was often in limbo, and caused many SoP discrepancies. - Senior Management often bent too far in favor of stake holders. - Success largely dependent on how your manager "felt" about your performance, and not actual performance.

In regards to some of the cons you mentioned, we do value training and following procedures. As a company we are going through significant change as a result of being in high-growth mode. Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.
