PlanSource has gone through a lot of change which is common in a high-growth technology environment. We try our best to make sure that change is well thought out, and that the resources necessary are available to our team members. Communication styles vary from leader to leader, and we encourage team members who might need assistance to engage their managers in more direct dialogue. We aim to be 100% transparent with job resonsibilities, as well as with any additional work that needs to be completed so that our team members are aware of any change that might happen. Our quarterly Town Halls talk about the direction of the business, and also address any changes that have happened, or might happen and can impact our teams.
