Planet IT is genuinely the best place I've ever had the pleasure of working where everyone's opinion is important and genuinely valued. If you put the work in the rewards are almost endless, from monthly recognition and spot bonuses to yearly awards and regular team building activities. Promotion paths are clear and well laid out with support to attain this along with planned training to achieve certifications across the year. Not only are the people at Planet IT highly knowledgeable and great to work with but I can genuinely say that the team are much more than just colleagues, but friends as well. The same can be said for the company owners and founders who are transparent, accessible and when they're in the office, sit alongside the rest of us rather than hiding away in an office. Everyone is hugely supportive and flexible around any of lifes challenges that come at us all at some point.
